About Us

Off-Campus Services (OCS), a department of Penn’s Business Services Division provides resources and tools to assist and support your housing search. We provide you with information resources to help make finding your off-campus home less stressful.

Our mission is to assist students to manage their off-campus housing experience by utilizing all of the OCS resources. This includes specific information about when to look for off-campus housing, searchable rental listings, rights and responsibilities of both landlords and tenants and how to address issues related to off-campus living.

We offer information about becoming an off-campus resident while still remaining a vital part of the Penn community. We partner with a rental resource site to provide updated listings for rental communities in the area. Most importantly, we are here to support you in your search.

Use of This Site
